Mike Flowers is Enigma’s Chief Analytics Officer. He served under Mayor Bloomberg as New York City’s first Chief Analytics Officer and Executive Director of the Financial Crime Task Force. He was Counsel to the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations for Congress, leading reviews into the 2008 global financial crisis, money laundering, and international corporate tax evasion. He served as Deputy Director of Regime Crimes Liaison’s Iraq Office for the trial of Saddam Hussein. He was an attorney with Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C., specializing in federal, state, and local criminal investigations and regulatory matters. He began his career as a trial prosecutor with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
