Culture can be seen as a first point of dialogue and exchange between nations with very different histories and political orientations. Nowhere is this more visible than in an era of globalization where diverse peoples and cultures more frequently intersect with one another. How can culture be used as a tool for dialogue and communication? How can it be used to not only reflect, but shape the social and political orientation of the world in which we live?
